WHAT YOU NEED
- 375 mL (1½ cups) Vanilla PediaSure Complete®
- 500 mL (2 cups) baking powder biscuit mix
- 2 large eggs
HOW TO MAKE IT
- In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet.
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown, turning to cook second side when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and slightly dry edges.
- Serve with syrup and enjoy!
