WHAT YOU NEED
- 705 mL (3 bottles) Chocolate PediaSure Complete®
- 430 mL (1¾ cups) whole wheat flour
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) baking powder
- 60 mL (¼ cup) cocoa powder
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
- 60 mL (¼ cup) canola oil
- 10 mL (2 tsp) vanilla extract
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) melted butter
HOW TO MAKE IT
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a second bowl, pour oil, PediaSure Complete®, and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whip until well incorporated.
- Preheat your waffle maker and brush with melted butter to prevent batter from sticking.
- Add approximately 125 mL (½ cup) of the batter by waffle and cook according to your iron’s instructions.
